  • Please note that shipping times may vary for international orders and depend on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. As shipping charges vary for each product, and if you are purchasing multiple items, please direct message us and we can provide a quote.

  • The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review them before finalizing your purchase.

 

Shipment Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the designated shipping carrier's website.

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been customized or personalized.

Return Process:

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

  • Please include the RMA number on the return package for efficient processing.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

  • Refunds will only be issued upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
