Hand crafted, designed, and tested by Elbows himself. These cocktail smokers are made of Western Canadian Red cedar. Each smoker comes with (1) stainless steel mesh screen, (1) smoker base, (1) smoker cap coaster, and (5) 50ml tins of smoker chips; Cedar, Cherry, Maple, Oak, and Hickory.

Smoker dimensions- approximately 95mm in diameter x 55mm high. Wood grain and colour may vary as every tree is different. Finished with food safe oil.

Designed for maximum smoke performance and prevents ash and chips from entering your cocktail or food.

Each 50ml tin of wood chips will provide 20-25 smokes

    How to use ELBOWS Smokers

    In a cocktail glass mix your favourite cocktail with ice or cold food

    Ensure the screen is inserted on top of the smoker base. Fill the mesh screen 1/2 full of your selected wood chips

    Place the smoker base on top of the glass

    Using a lit kitchen butane torch, burn the chips direct down for 5-10 seconds.

    Wait 2 seconds for flame to stop and cover with coaster lid. Keep covered for 10-20 seconds.

    Lift off and enjoy!

    • Wood smoker base and coaster- Replacement exchange on  major natural wood defects (splits, cracks, or warpage)
    • Full replacement exchange on stainless steel screen.
    • Shipping to be paid by purchaser.
  • SHIPPING INFO

    Local delivery can be arranged at no cost to purchaser, otherwise Canada post regular delivery.

  • CARE & MAINTENANCE

    Do not soak smoker in water or put in dishwasher.

    Wipe with damp rag to clean.

    Re-seal with food safe butcher block oil if required.
